We are just over three miles from McCarran International Airport. The airport is served by over 60 air carriers and is ranked among the 10 busiest airports in the world based on the amount of passenger activity. The airport offers direct flights to more than 90 U.S. cities, with some 900 flights arriving and departing daily.

Incoming boxes may be received up to 7 days prior to the program. There is a nominal package handling fee based on weight.

Satellite Check-Ins are available for groups between 100 - 500 rooms who arrive via arranged transportation. There are fees associated with this which can be reviewed by the Convention Services manager.

The Tower Suite guest rooms at Wynn and Encore offer intimate service with private check-in desks at each resort. VIP pools are reserved for Tower Suites guests at Wynn and Encore, and each resort has a dedicated Tower Suites concierge available to make dining, show, golf and spa reservations.

Incentive packages are designed to accommodate each group. Unique venues include the Sunset Pool Event area, meeting room outdoor patios, restaurants and nightclubs.

Our restaurant group booking team can orchestrate many of our food and beverage venues for breakfast and lunch functions.

The Sunset Pool Event area can accommodate up to 1,000 in a reception. All meeting rooms have outdoor patios which are ideal for coffee breaks and receptions.

Special menus are created for travel staff based on the needs of the group.

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore have a Restaurant Reservations Department and would be happy to assist groups of 400 or less to a dine-around at our wonderful restaurants, many of which have private rooms.

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore have a full service Entertainment Production Services Department which can assist with all Audio Visual requirements. LCD projectors and screens are built into each of the meeting rooms and boardrooms. Bringing in outside equipment is not permitted.

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore each feature a full-service spa and salon with fitness center. The Mobil Five-Star rated spa at Wynn Las Vegas includes 45 treatment rooms for massage, body treatments, facials and hydrotherapy. Separate women's and men's facilities with showers, steam room, sauna and spa are also available. The Salon at Wynn Las Vegas features hair and nail care, as well as a barbershop for men's services.

The Spa and Salon at Encore provide a comfortable and calming ambience with 37 spa treatment spaces, including spacious garden villas and couples' rooms tailor-made to address the unique needs of each guest. The 61,000 square foot retreat also features a complete gym with two fitness movement studios and an organic juice and smoothie bar.

At Wynn Las Vegas the pick-up and drop-off location is at the Ballroom/Tour Bus Entrance, which is located off of Sands Avenue through the Wynn South Gate.

At Encore the pick-up and drop-off location is at the Bus Staging area through the Hotel Entrance off of Wynn Boulevard.

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore are just a quick 15-minute cab ride from the airport. We do not offer an airport shuttle.
