Capacity figures do not account for head tables, dance floors or audio-visual requirements and the final set-up number is subject to Fire Marshal approval. All functions greater than 300 persons will be subjecdt to Fire Marshal approval. Sunset Pool area includes water surface area equal to 4,213 sf. Exhibit boot estimates do not include3 fire exiting requirements. The Lafite Stage is 32' x 91' with a ceiling height of 18'. The Latour Stage is 28' x 59' with a ceiling height of 15'. The height of both stages is 42". and is measured fro the floor to the top of the stage.
