Danielle Babilino
Senior Vice President of Hotel Sales
As Senior Vice President of Hotel Sales for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Danielle Babilino provides direction to the Convention Services team and oversees the sales efforts of the Convention and Travel Industry Sales teams as well as assumes administrative responsibilities for the department.
Experience
Prior to joining Wynn Resorts in August 2008, Danielle had served in various management positions with Bally's Las Vegas. Danielle was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 1996, when she was involved in the renovation of Bally's and the pre-opening of Paris Las Vegas. Additionally, Danielle had worked in similar capacities as a member of the pre-opening team for Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, where she was instrumental in the opening of the 1.5 million square foot Mandalay Bay Convention Center, followed by the opening of THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay. From 2005 to 2008, Danielle worked with Fontainebleau Resorts, where she assisted in the closure of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach in preparation for a $1 billion renovation. She also worked on the Fontainebleau Las Vegas project.

Danielle's professional affiliations include the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), serving on the Awards & Recognition Committee; and Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
Education
Danielle graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
Personal
Danielle enjoys golfing, traveling and reading. With her busy schedule, her home is her sanctuary, and she enjoys spending time with her significant other renovating and decorating it. Most important is time spent in her home with friends, family and their three "furry" children.
