Holly Erker Merheb is the Midwest Executive Meetings Manager for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Holly is responsible for the corporate and incentive markets in the U.S., handling groups from 10 to 40 rooms.
Experience
In 2003 Holly began her hospitality career at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan, Puerto Rico before transferring to The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas in 2006. She has held positions of Event Concierge, Meetings and Special Events Assistant and Sales Coordinator.
Education
Holly graduated from InterAmerican University in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2006 as a magna cum laude honor graduate with her bachelor's degrees in business administration management and human resources management. She has a certificate of Conference Management and Event Planning from The International School of Hospitality.
Personal
Holly enjoys spending her leisure time traveling, shopping, reading and running. She and her husband visit her hometown of Seattle as often as possible.
