Noel Mateo
Senior National Sales Manager
In his role as Senior National Sales Manager, Noel Mateo is responsible for the corporate, association and incentive markets in the West Coast regional market to include Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. Noel handles groups from 151 rooms and above.
Experience
Noel has many years of experience in the hotel and sales industry. Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas in April 2004, Noel worked for the Four Seasons Hotel, Las Vegas as a Sales Manager. Before coming to Las Vegas, he gained a wealth of knowledge working for major resorts in Hawaii. He has served as an Account Director for the Orchid at Mauna Lani on the Kohala Coast and as a Convention Services Manager for the Hilton Waikoloa Village, a 1,238-room resort.
Associations
In addition to his previous employment, Noel is an active participant in Meeting Professionals International and a past member of the American Marketing Association.
Education
He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii.

Noel is married with two children and enjoys spending his leisure time with his family.
